Welcome back to reading this! So in the last blog we discussed goals. If you haven’t checked it out, go read it. Now, moving forward to the next thing which is anchoring your goals.
Now, you are probably wondering what the heck is that? I am glad you asked and that is why I am here to walk you through on how to do this. So first off, what is Anchoring?
An Anchor is something physical in your environment that will remind you of your WHY. This could be a screen saver on your laptop, you could put sticky notes all around the house etc. Another thing that you could do is try an anchor with the 5 senses.
- A delightful smell
- A pleasurable taste
- A happy touch
- Or it could be your forearm, your knuckles, anything on your body
